The case of the writ petitioner is that the writ petitioner appointed on the post of Lekhpal on 20.01.1993 and regularized on 21.01.1995 and he was promoted on the post of revenue inspector on 15.09.2023, however, juniors to the writ petitioner has been promoted on the post of Naib Tehsildar but the claim of the writ petitioner has not been considered. 3. Prayer in the present petition is for a direction to the respondents to consider the claim of the writ petitioner. 4. Learned Standing Counsel submits that the claim of the writ petitioner needs adjudication at the first instance by the second respondent, Board of Revenue through its Secretary, Uttar Pradesh at Lucknow. 5.
