The case of the writ petitioner is that she is the unmarried daughter of Tilak Singh, who was posted as constable and expired in the year 1968. Thereafter, the mother of the writ petitioner, Ram Khilauni Devi, being the legal heir of Tilak Singh, was receiving the Family Pension. Ram Khilauni Devi also expired on 28.03.2021. The petitioner seeks to rely upon the document at Page No. 31, which is a letter dated 25.06.2024 from the Superintendent of Police, Mainpuri, addressed to the Finance Controller. 3.
