Heard Sri Rakesh Kumar Porwal, learned counsel for the writ petitioner and Sri Vijay Lal, learned Standing Counsel for the State. 2. The grievance of the writ petitioner is that though the writ petitioner was appointed on the post of Junior Clerk in Irrigation Department on 29.04.2000 on compassionate ground, but after post-completion of 8 years/10 years, he has not been accorded benefits as per the Government Orders dated 05.11.2014 and 22.09.2025. 3. Learned Standing Counsel on the other hand submits that the claim of the writ petitioner needs determination at the first instance by Respondent no.5. 4.
