By virtue of the order dated 17.06.2025 passed by the Deputy Superintendent of Police/Staff Officer on behalf of Director/Additional Director General of Police, Traffic & Road Safety, Uttar Pradesh, Lucknow, the writ petitioner has been transferred on compassionate ground from Kanpur Dehat to Agra. However, the grievance of the writ petitioner is that impugned order has been passed on 17.11.2025, which is beyond 10 days as per the policy in this regard.
