Heard Sri Amit Kumar Chaudhary (AoR No.A/A0553/12) holding brief of Sri Manoj Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the writ petitioner and Sri Vishal Singh, learned Standing Counsel for the State. 3. Sri Vishal Singh, learned Standing Counsel has made a statement at Bar that he does not propose to file any affidavit and the writ petition be decided on the basis of the documents available on record. 4. With the consent of the parties, the writ petition is being decided at the fresh stage. 5. The writ petitioner claims to be appointed on the post of Village Development Officer and on 22.09.2023 promoted on the post of Assistant Development Officer and is presently posted at Firozabad. Learned counsel for the writ petitioner submits that the writ petitioner is to retire within a period of two years and thus he staked his claim by r
