This Court on 27.11.2025 required the learned Standing Counsel to obtain instructions. Today instructions have been produced before this Court which is taken on record as Appendix-A. 4. The case of the writ petitioner is that he was appointed on the post of Revenue Lekhpal in the year 2016, however, now by virtue of the impugned order dated 06.09.2025 the writ petitioner has been placed under suspension by the Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Tehsil Manjhanpur, District Kaushambi. Questioning the suspension order, present writ petition has been filed. 5.
