In pursuance of earlier order, instructions have come, which are taken on record. After arguing at some length, learned counsel for the petitioner is only pressing prayer no. 2, which is quoted hereunder:- "2. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding the Respondents to decide the petitioner's representation dated 6.10.2025 forthwith, by passing a reasoned and speaking order, within a stipulated time frame, prior to the commencement of the aforesaid examination." It has been prayed by the learned counsel for the petitioner that representation of the petitioner may be decided forthwith by reasoned and speaking order.
