The case of the writ petitioner is that he was appointed as Computer Operator Grade B and was transferred from Bulandshahr to Jalaun on 14.6.2025. The transfer was challenged in Writ-A No. 8888/2025 (Computer Operator Grade-B / Assistant Sub Inspector Rajeev Kumar and others Vs. State of U.P. and others), which was disposed of, directing the petitioner to represent his case. The representation was rejected by the third responden
