Sri Javed Husain Khan, learned counsel for the petitioner as well as Sri Gaurav Singh, learned Standing Counsel. 2. The case of the writ petitioner is that he was initially appointed on the post of Naib Tehsildar on 01.09.2015 and while he was posted in Kanpur as Tehsildar (Judicial), Tehsil Sadar, Kanpur Nagar on 07.11.2025, he has been transferred by the Additional District Magistrate (Finance and Revenue) as Tehsildar Judicial, Tehsil Ghatampur, Kanpur Nagar, thereafter on 10.11.2025, another order came to be passed by District Magistrate, Kanpur Nagar whereby the petitioner has been directed to decide the cases under Section 67 of the U.P. Revenue Code along with the work of Tehsildar, Ghatampur. Questioning both the orders, present writ petition has been preferred. 3.
