And 2 Others .....Respondent(s) Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Arpan Kumar Pandey, Namit Srivastava, Shishir Tandon Counsel for Respondent(s) : C.S.C. Court No. - 34 HON'BLE VIKAS BUDHWAR, J. 1. Heard Shri Namit Srivastava, learned counsel for the writ petitioner as well as Shri Vijay Lal, learned Standing Counsel for the State. 2. This Court on 24.11.2025 has passed the following orders: "Contention of the learned counsel for the writ petitioner is that the impugned suspension order is as vague as possible though the writ petitioner had been suspended on 18.07.2025 but till date, chargesheet has not been served and only on the basis of the alleged inquiry, he has been placed under suspension. It is contended that the acting as a police official had only got the matter compromised between the deceased and the wife and there is no question of illegal gratification or beating him and further the post-mortem report also does not show any injury sustained in that regard. Shri Vijay Lal, learned Standing Counsel seeks time to obtain instructions. Put up this case on 01.
