Learned Senior Advocate submits that the petitioners are discharging their duties on a contractual basis w.e.f. 01.04.2003, but they have not been regularized till date. In support of his submissions, he has placed reliance on the judgement of the Apex Court in Dharam Singh & Others Vs. State of U.P. & Another [Civil Appeal No. 8558/2018, decided on 19.08.2025].
