This Court on 20.11.2025 entertained the writ petition and passed following orders: "Heard. The contention of learned counsel for the writ petitioner is that the writ petitioner could not have been suspended on the allegation that the writ petitioner has solemnized second marriage during the subsistence of the first marriage and further, he is not paying the maintenance as directed by the Court.
