Umrao, learned Standing Counsel for the State. 3. This Court entertained the present petition on 19.11.2025, wherein following order has been passed: "Put up this case on 28th November, 2025 as fresh, by which time, the report referred on page 30(B) dated 10.10.2025 be brought on record by Shri R.S. Umrao, learned Standing Counsel for the State, according to which the allegations were not substantiated against the writ petitioner. " 4. Today, Shri R.S. Umrao, learned Standing Counsel has produced instructions in the form of compilation, which is taken on record as Appendix 'A'. 5. A statement has been made by learned Standing Counsel that he does not propose to file any affidavit and the writ petition be decided on the documents available on record
