At the very outset, Shri Lalit Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner as per his instructions from his client submits that against the order dated 13.12.2016 passed by the District and Sessions Judge, Moradabad, imposing a punishment of withholding of one increment with cumulative effect the petitioner shall file appeal as per rules. 2. Ms. Pooja Agarwal, learned counsel for the respondent as well as learned Standing Counsel have no objection. 3. Accordingly, the petition stands disposed of.
