The case of the writ petitioner is that while writ petitioner was posted as Sub-Inspector, Civil Police in Jhansi, he was transferred on 17.08.2023 to Sultanpur. Questioning the transfer order, the writ petitioner preferred Writ- A No.262 of 2025 (Ashok Kumar Singh Vs. State of U.P.) which came to be disposed of on 10.10.2025 requiring the authority to consider the claim of the writ petitioner and pass an order thereupon now impugned order has been passed Inspector General of Police, Establishment, U.P.
