Heard Sri Krishna Kumar Mishra, learned counsel for the writ petitioner and Sri Rahul Malviya, learned Standing Counsel for the State. 2. On the oral request of learned counsel for the writ petitioner, he is permitted to implead 'Additional Inspector General of Police, U.P. at Lucknow' as Respondent no.5 in the array of parties. 3. This Court on 18.11.2025 sought instructions from the learned Standing Counsel. 4. Today, instructions have been produced, which are taken on record and marked as Appendix 'A'. 5.
