Learned counsel for the writ petitioner has submitted that by virtue of the order dated 20.08.2025 District Commandant, Home Guard, District Mahoba has cancelled the appointment of the writ petitioner and dispensed with the service. According to him, the said order provides for an appeal to be Divisional Commandant, Home Guard, Chitrakoot Mandal, Banda and the writ petitioner has himself preferred an appeal on 08.09.2025 before the fourth respondent, Divisional Commandant, Home Guard, Chitrakoot Mandal, Banda and according to him, there happens to be a recommendation also in his favour, it is being served. 3.
