Court No. - 34 HON'BLE VIKAS BUDHWAR, J. 1. Heard Sri Anand Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the writ petitioner and Sri Gaya Prasad Singh, learned Standing Counsel for the State. 2. The grievance of the writ petitioner is that though the writ petitioner is a Consultant, Level-III, however, a punishment order came to be passed, which was subject matter of challenge in Writ-A No.24300 of 2012, which came to be allowed on 19.09.2018 requiring the respondent to pass a fresh order and thereafter a decision has been taken by the respondents on 11.09.2024 to accord benefits to the writ petition exonerating him of charges. The writ petitioner claims promotion from Level-IV to Level-V. 3. Learned Standing Counsel on the other hand submits that the claim of the writ petitioner needs adjudication at the first instance by Respondent no.1. 4.
