The petitioners were selected on the post of Principal in different colleges by recruitment process undertaken by Madhyamik Shiksha Chayan Board. 3. They are aggrieved that despite they have served for many years, no promotional grade and additional increment was provided to them. 4. On specific query by this Court, learned counsel for the petitioners has fairly submitted that there is no provision for such entitlement. However, he refers to a judgment passed by the Delhi High Court in the case of Government of NCT of Delhi and another Vs. S.K.
