By way of the present amendment, the writ petitioner seeks to amend the array of the parties insofar as the fourth respondent is concerned while deleting “Executive Engineer, State Division, PWD, Etawah and substituting with “Executive Engineer, Provincial Division, PWD, Etawah”. 2. Learned Standing Counsel has no objection to the same. 3. Amendment application is allowed. 4. Let the necessary amendment be carried out. In Re: Civil Misc. Correction Application No. 2 of 2025 5. Since the present amendment application is allowed, thus, the correction application is allowed. In third para of the order dated 12.11.2025, line no. 2 and 3 is corrected to the extent that after respondent no. 4, “Executive Engineer, State Division, PWD, Etawah” is deleted while substituting with “Executive Engineer, Provincial Division, PWD, Etawah”.
