Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned standing counsel for the respondents. Pursuant to earlier order of this Court instructions have come, which are taken on record. At the strength of the instructions, learned standing counsel submits that serious allegations have been made against the petitioner but assures that the enquiry against the petitioner will be completed within a stipulated period of time as directed by this Court. In view of the above, no useful purpose will be served in keeping the matter pending. The writ petition is disposed of with the direction to the petitioner to appear before the respondent no.3 on 18.12.2025, who shall provide him the materials against him, if any. The petitioner shall submit his reply to the materials within 15 days thereafter.
