Heard Sri Ray Sahab Yadav, learned counsel for the writ petitioner and Sri Manish Kumar, learned Standing Counsel for the State. 2. The impugned in the writ petitioner is an order dated 04.10.2025 passed by the Chief Medical Officer, Maharajganj requiring the writ petitioner to resign either of the two assignments, firstly Gram Pradhan and secondly Asha. 3. Sri Ray Sahab Yadav, learned counsel for the writ petitioner submits that the writ petitioner shall resign from the office of Pradhan. 4. Be that as it may be, it is always open for the writ petitioner to tender resignation and in case, resignation is tendered, then this Court has no reason to disbelieve that the same shall be considered in accordance with law. 5.
