Heard Sri Sadhu Sharan, learned counsel for the writ petitioner as well as Sri S.K. Pal, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel for the State. 2. A statement has been made by learned Standing Counsel at the Bar that he is well equipped with the instruction and he is in a position to argue the matter and he does not propose to file any affidavit. With the consent of the parties the writ petition is being decided at the fresh stage. 3. The case of the writ petitioner is that he was initially appointed to the post of Safai Karmi on 14.01.2009. However, while the petitioner was posted as Safai Karmi, he was placed under suspension by virtue of the order dated 30.07.2025. 4.
