At the very outset, Sri Brahma Nand Tripathi, learned counsel for the writ petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition, wherein the challenge has been raised to to issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent no.4 to regularize the services of petitioner in view of the Uttar Pradesh Regularization of persons working on Daily Wages or on work charge or on contract in Government Departments on Group 'C' and Group 'D' posts (Outside the Purview of Uttar Pradesh Service Public Regularization Rules, 2016. Commission), as well as to issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondents to regularize the services of the petitioner and to provide minimum of the Pay Scale in the light of judgment passed by Hon'ble Supreme Court in case of State of Punjab and others Versus Jagjit Singh and others reported in 2017 (1 SCC 148
