The present petition has been filed by the petitioner, residing at Flat No. 308, Hakikat Nagar, Delhi, seeking action against the unauthorized construction in Flat Nos. 306 and 307, Hakikat Nagar, Kingsway Camp, Delhi-110009. 2. The present writ petition has been pending since the year 2020. 3.
