The present petition has been filed by the petitioners assailing an order dated 26.02.2024, issued by the respondent/Ministry of Defence, Government of India, whereby, suspension of business dealings of the petitioner no.1 with the Government of India initially suspended vide an order dated 14.08.2020, has been extended for a “further period of six months w.e.f. 14.02.2024 or until further order/s”.
