This petition has been filed, challenging the Order dated 07.08.2025 passed by the learned Central Administrative Tribunal, Principal Bench, New Delhi (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Tribunal’) in O.A. No.994/2025, titled Narendra Lal Meena v. Union of India & Ors., whereby the learned Tribunal allowed the O.A. filed by the respondent no.1 herein with the following directions: “15. In the light of the aforesaid facts and discussions, we are of the view that the present O.A. deserves to be partly allowed and the same is partly allowed with the following orders:- (i) The impugned notice/order dated 05.03.2025 (Annexure A/1) is set aside.
