This writ petition is directed against an order dated 22 April 2025 passed by the Armed Forces Tribunal1, granting disability pension to the respondent. 2. The respondent, at the time of his joining the Air Force on 1 October 1987, was fit and not found to be suffering from any ailment or disability. 3. The Primary Hypertension and Dyslipidemia, which were the ailment on the basis of which the AFT has granted the disability pension to the respondent, had their onset on 22 November 2014, 27 1 “AFT”, hereinafter 4.
