As per the allegations in the FIR, On 13.06.2023, the complainant alleged that her brother-in-law, i.e. petitioner no.1 in active connivance with her mother-in-law i.e. petitioner no.2, repeatedly outraged her modesty and sexually harassed her at her matrimonial home between 25.12.2022 and 04.03.2023...FIR No. 0480/2023, dated 18.06.2023, at P.S Adarsh Nagar, Delhi under section 354/354B/354A/506/509 IPC was registered at the instance of the respondent no.2. Subsequently Chargesheet was filed. 3. During the proceedings, the parties amicably resolved their disputes and the terms were written in the form of Mutual Agreement/Settlement dated 30.05.2024.
