This is a petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, seeking quashing of FIR No.0480/2023, dated 18.06.2023, registered at P.S Adarsh Nagar, Delhi under sections 354/354B/354A/506/509 IPC and all proceedings emanating therefrom on the basis of settlement between the parties. As per the allegations in the FIR, On 13.06.2023, the complainant alleged that her brother-in-law, i.e. petitioner no.1 in active connivance with her mother-in-law i.e. petitioner no.2, repeatedly outraged her modesty and sexually harassed her at her matrimonial home between 25.12.2022 and 04.03.2023...FIR No. 0480/2023, dated 18.06.2023, at P.S Adarsh Nagar, Delhi under section 354/354B/354A/506/509 IPC was registered at the instance of the respondent no.2. Subsequently Chargesheet was filed. 3. During the proceedings, the parties amicably resolved their disputes and the terms were written in the form of Mutual Agreement/Settlement dated 30.05.2024. It is submitted that the petitioner no.1 has paid the 1/3rd share of the sale consideration of property bearing no. D-10 Prithviraj Road sold by the petitioner no.
