This petition has been filed by the petitioners, challenging the Order dated 28.09.2022 passed by the learned Central Administrative Tribunal, Principal Bench, New Delhi (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Tribunal’) in O.A. No.1809/2019, titled Desh Raj Rana & Ors. v. The Secretary, Ministry of Urban Development & Ors., whereby the learned Tribunal allowed the said O.A. filed by the respondents herein with the following directions: “6. In the light of this discussion and the facts and circumstances detailed above, the present Original Application is allowed and the respondents are directed to grant the benefit of Signature Not Verified Digitally Signed WP(C) 12866/2023 Page 1 of 3 By:SUNIL Signing Date:06.12.2025 16:55:23 ACP as per the entitlement of the applicants within the period of eight weeks of receipt of copy of this order.
