The present Appeal, under Section 10 of the Delhi High Court Act, 1966, read with Section 96 read with Order XLI of the Civil Procedure Code, 19081, challenges the Judgement dated 20.01.20202 in the suit bearing CS (OS) No. 279/2018 passed by the learned Single Judge of this Court. 2.
