This appeal is directed against the order dated 10.07.2019 passed by the learned Single Judge in Writ-C No. 58580 of 2014, whereby the writ petition filed by the respondent nos. 5 & 6 against the order passed by the Prescribed Authority under Section 25(1) of the Societies Registration Act, 1860 ('the Act') has been allowed and the order dated 11.08.2014 has been quashed. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioners attempted to make submissions on the merits of the case, however, as the appeal has been filed against an order passed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India in relation to order passed by the Prescribed Authority under Section 25(1) of the Act, Special Appeal under Chapter VIII Rule 5 of the Allahabad High Court Rules, 1952
