HON'BLE INDRAJEET SHUKLA, J. 1. Heard. 2. This is an appeal challenging the judgement and order dated 17.11.2025 passed by the learned Single Judge in Writ-A No.13164 of 2025. The order, which was impugned before the learned Single Judge by the appellant was the transfer order dated 30.10.2025 by which he has been transferred in public interest from local Intelligence Unit, Lucknow to Chitrakoot Dham, Banda Range. 3. We are now in December but the appellant has not joined as yet at the transferred place. The reason for transfer is referred as public interest. During proceedings before the Writ Court certain records were produced, which demonstrated the reason for transfer as is mentioned in the order of the learned Single Judge.
