Heard. 2. Shri H.J.S. Parihar, learned Senior Counsel appearing for the appellant submits that although by an interim order passed in this appeal, one of the two inquiries, which were to be conducted, had been stayed. In spite of it, the inquiries have been completed and the appellant has been exonerated in both the inquiries. He has placed an order dated 4.6.2025 passed by the Managing Director, UPSRTC in respect of both the inquiries, which is taken on record. The said order says that in absence of original documents, it is not possible to conduct a fresh inquiry in the matter, therefore, it has been decided that it is not possible to hold such inquiry. Now, nothing remains to be adjudicated in this appeal. 3. In view of the aforesaid statement, the appeal is disposed of. (Rajeev Bharti,J.) (Rajan Roy,J.) December 17
