This appeal is directed against order dated 02.07.2013 passed in Writ - C No. 26001 of 2010, whereby learned Single Judge dismissed the petition filed by the petitioner. 2. The petition was filed by the petitioner seeking to question the orders dated 12.12.2008 and 29.11.2008 as well as 23.05.2008, whereby her caste certificate as well as degree obtained have been cancelled. 3. Submissions have been made that though the petitioner was born in a brahmin family, she was adopted by an OBC family, based on which, she got caste certificate as an OBC candidate and taking benefit of reservation got admission in LL.B. course. After completing her LL.B., she did her LL.M., whereafter on account of a complaint made, the caste certificate as well as her LL.B. degree and LL.M. degree have been cancelled. 4.
