The present intra court appeal has been filed by respondents of Writ-C No. 28264 of 2025 challenging the order dated 30.10.2025, whereby learned Single Judge has allowed the writ petition setting aside the orders dated 22.07.2025 and 08.08.2025 impugned therein with further observation that the appellants shall have liberty to avail all other legal remedies to raise their grievance in accordance with law. 3.
