This appeal is directed against order dated 30.10.2025 passed by learned Single Judge in Writ-C No. 37390 of 2025, whereby the learned Single Judge, on noticing that the proceedings are pending before the Registrar under Section 4-B of the Societies Registration Act, 1860 ('the Act'), has directed the authority to decide the same within a period of three weeks and disposed of the petition.
