Considering the Full Bench judgement of this Court in the case of Pavan Kumar Yadav vs. State of U.P. and others decided on 22.09.2010, wherein the opinion of the learned Single Judge directing compassionate appointment of the respondent-petitioner consequent to the death of her husband on 25.11.1997 who himself was a daily wager, cannot be sustained.
