This appeal is directed against order dated 28.10.2025 passed in Writ C No. 36591 of 2025 whereby the petition filed by the appellant, has been disposed of. 2. The writ petition was filed seeking to question the validity of orders dated 17.09.2025 and 06.10.2025 issued by the Deputy Registrar, Firm Societies and Chits, Ghaziabad Region, Ghaziabad. 3. When the matter came up before the learned Single Judge, submissions were made that the orders have been passed pursuant to the order dated 07.02.2025 against which appeal filed by the petitioner-appellant is pending and there is no interim order and, therefore, as the orders are consequential to the order dated 07.02.2025, no interference was required.
