This appeal is directed against order dated 08.10.2025 passed by learned Single Judge whereby while disposing of the writ petition, directions have been given to the Regional Level Committee to take into consideration the objections filed by the writ petitioners and decide the same in accordance with law. 2. Submissions have been made that the elections of committee in question were held in the year 2021 and thereafter, in the year 2024 after publishing election programme, which provided for objections to the list of electors, however, no objections were raised and elections took place on 04.10.2024.
