This appeal is directed against order dated 14.07.2025 passed by learned Single Judge in Writ - C No. 16495 of 2025, whereby the petition filed by respondent Nos. 3 and 4 has been disposed of directing the Assistant Registrar, Firms, Societies and Chits, Varanasi Region, Varanasi to decide the pending representations within a period of 10 days. 2. The appeal has been filed alongwith an application seeking leave to file appeal, inter alia, claiming that the appellants-applicants were necessary party before the learned Single Judge and therefore, the order impugned could not have been passed without their impleadment and hearing them. 3. For the reasons indicated in the application, the same is allowed. The appellants are permitted to appeal again
