This appeal is directed against order dated 23.07.2012, passed by learned Single Judge in Writ - C No. 30116 of 2012, wherein learned Single Judge, on account of the fact that the challenge was laid to the auction proceedings after 34 years, declined to entertain the said challenge. 2. The appeal is pending since 2012 and is barred by 121 days, even notices have not been issued in the present appeal. 3. Today, though the appeal is listed in the category of 'Oldest pending cases in this High Court, for priority hearing', none is present for the appellants. 4.
