Learned counsel for the parties submit that the issue, as raised in the present appeal, is similar to that in Nandini Gupta and 18 others Vs. State of U.P. and 2 others : Special Appeal Defective No.1010 of 2025 decided on 5.12.2025 and therefore, similar order may be passed in the present case. 2. In the case of Nandini Gupta (supra), it was, inter alia, observed and directed by this Court as under:- “6. These appeals, two by students and one by the Committee of Management, arise out of order dated 09.10.2025 passed in Writ C No. 24988 of 2025:Aanya Porwal and 239 others Vs.
