This appeal is directed against order dated 26.09.2025 passed by learned Single Judge, whereby learned Single Judge in a review application seeking recall of order dated 21.08.2025, has passed an interim order. 2. Learned counsel for the respondents points out that review application itself has been decided on 19.11.2025 and, therefore, the present appeal, which arose out of the interim order passed in the review application, has been rendered infructuous. 3. Counsel for the appellants made submissions that the final order dated 19.11.2025 would be placed on record. 4. Once the review application itself has been decided, questioning the validity of order passed during pendency of the review application that also interim in nature, cannot be countenanced. 5.
