Delay Condonation Application No.01 of 2025) under Section 5 of the Limitation Act has been filed seeking condonation of delay in filing the appeal. 2. For the reasons indicated in the application, supported by affidavit, the same is allowed. The delay in filing the appeal is condoned. 3. This appeal is directed against order dated 18.08.2025 passed in Writ-C No. 22676 of 2025 whereby the writ petition filed by the petitioner- appellant has been dismissed as misconceived. 4. Counsel for the appellant submits that the order dated 22.04.2025 has been passed under Section 24 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 which order could not be brought on record before the learned Single Judge and, therefore, appellant may be permitted to question the validity of that order in
