Mr. Udit Vaghela, who appears on behalf of Mr. Naginder Benipal, SPC for the respondents, on instructions submits that the respondents would take a call on the petitioner’s representation seeking reversal of the order of transfer within a period of four weeks from today and communicate the decision to the petitioner immediately thereupon. 2. He also submits that till the representation is decided and communicated to the petitioner, the impugned order will not be implemented. 3.
