The appellant – Shriram General Insurance Company Limited [“Insurance Company”] assails an award of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal [“Tribunal”] dated 30.10.2013 in MACT No. 127/2012, arising from a fatal accident which took place on the intervening night of 09/10.10.2011.
