[“Insurance Company”], challenges an award dated 25.07.2025 passed by the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal [“Tribunal”] in DAR No. 09/2020 [Anokha Devi & Ors. v. Sewa Nand & Ors.]. 2. The award arises out of a fatal accident that occurred on 23.08.2019 at approximately 04:02 A.M., near the British High Commission, Chanakyapuri, New Delhi. The accident resulted in the death of one Sarvan Kumar, who was driving a truck bearing registration No. DL-AGC-0816.
