By way of the present revision petition under Section 115 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 [“CPC”], it assails an order dated 01.04.2024 passed by the Trial Court in CS SCJ/851/2022, dismissing its application under Order VII Rule 11 CPC, for rejection of the plaint. The said application was preferred on the ground that the suit is barred under Section 34 of the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 [“SARFAESI Act”]. 2.
