This writ petition is filed on behalf of the Petitioner under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking following reliefs:- “Issue writ of mandamus and/ or any other writ/ order or direction quashing rejection order dated 05.11.2024 by Respondent No. 1 as violative of Articles 14, 16 and 21 read with Article 300A of the Constitution of India read with RBI Master Circular dated 06.07.2017; and 41 b.
